About CSI Accelerator

You reach this form by choosing Help > About CSI Accelerator in the menu.

The information is ordered in different panels :

Information panel.

You'll find information about the version of CSI Accelerator and the version of the different databases.

At the bottom you'll find information of the last imported data.

Connection information is shown, like

• the server the databases on
• what application database is in use, and its version,
• what common database is in use, and its version,
• what resource database is in use, and its version,
• what archive database is in use, and its version.

The last imported data panel tells

• the last codification imported,
• the last query set imported,
• the last concept file imported,
• the last result container imported.

A general description of what CSI Accelerator can do.

References.

A list of all the dynamic link libraries with their version currently in use by CSI Accelerator.

Note: This information can be important for bug solving.

Your licence, and the name and company it has been registered to.

Application log.

When something was not done correctly you can always find more information of what went wrong.
It will in most cases also give information for support.

The log of the application, all errors that got trapped have their message written to this log file.

Logging can be switched off using the /nolog command line option.

Note 1:
You can clear the log by holding shift key down when pressing the "Application log" button.
Note 2:
You can open the file location (explorer) by holding control key down when pressing the "Application log" button.
